No real estate agent commissions are involved when selling directly to us. If your property is currently listed with a licensed real estate broker, please disregard our communications unless you intend to terminate that listing.
7. SMS / Text Message Consent By providing your phone number on our website or during any communication with WLP Investments Inc., you consent to receive SMS/text messages from us regarding your property inquiry, cash offers for your home, and related real estate services (including promotional or marketing messages).

IN NO EVENT SHALL WLP INVESTMENTS INC., ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE, SUBMISSION OF INFORMATION, OR ANY OFFER PROVIDED — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you paid us (if any), whichever is greater.

- If any provision is held invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
- We may assign these Terms; you may not without our consent.
- No waiver of any breach shall constitute a waiver of any other breach.
